TERMS & CONDITIONS - FOR ON-SITE LIVE AUCTION

1.REGISTRATION: Bids will only be accepted from registered bidders. Registration will be held on the Preview on April 13th and will also on sale days beginning at 7:30 am. Please bring a valid driver’s license for identification.
2.“AS-IS, WHERE IS”: Auction Company and seller’s information is to the best of their knowledge, however, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the information (i.e. age, type, description and condition, etc.) Each item is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, the purchaser must inspect the item(s) before purchasing. There will be no recourse once the item(s) are purchased for refund, reduction of the price, or otherwise. Bidders should perform such independent investigation with respect to the items as they deem necessary. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
3.AGENCY: The Auction Company and its representatives represent the Seller.
4. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements on day of sale take precedence over all prior releases, verbal and written, concerning this sale and the items being sold.
5.BIDDING: The auctioneer will determine all bid increments. All decisions by the auctioneer are final.
6.PAYMENT: All items must be paid in full on each of the sale days by cash, credit card, personal or business check made payable to AJAG, LLC. If paid by check, titles, keys and Bills of Sales to vehicles will be provided upon the clearing of a personal or business check. There will be an additional charge for using a credit card for your payment. See information when registering to bid.
7.BUYER’S PREMIUM: The Buyer’s Premium on all personal property is 10% of the high bid amount. The Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final sale price.
8.REMOVAL: The Personal property becomes the responsibility of the purchaser at the time of the sale. The Auction Company does not provide equipment or labor to remove items purchased. Personal property must be removed from the property by April 19th at 5:00 pm, unless other arrangements are made. If you write personal or business check removal will be handled by appointment on April 21st or April 22nd. Call Anthony at (540) 420-3501.
9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Bidders inspecting the property enter at their own risk. Auction Company and Seller assume no risk for bodily injury or damage to personal property.
10.VERIFICATION: The information provided is subject to verification by all parties relying upon it. No liability for its accuracy or any errors or omissions is assumed by Seller or Auction Company.
11.SALES TAX: This is a business liquidation, so no sales tax will be charged on the personal property.
12. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
